Where do I put the Promo Code?

Promo codes are entered at checkout to bring down the final price of an item. Promo codes do NOT work forever! They can expire at any given moment.

On the final page of checkout, you will find a box that says “Enter Code”. (See picture) Copy the code and paste it to that box. After clicking apply, you will see the discounted price BEFORE clicking “place your order”.

I entered a code and it says “the promotional code you entered is not valid”.

That means the code has expired. Promo codes can expire literally ANYTIME. We verify all codes are working at the time of posting, but have no way of knowing how long it will continue to work. Our advice is to not wait if you find a deal you like that is working.

I entered a code and it says “promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase”.

That means the code doesn’t work on that specific option. Check the deal post to see if it states a specific option(s) the code works on.

I want to buy another one of the same item, but the code won’t work again.

Most codes will only work ONCE per account. Once you redeem a particular code, chances are high that it will not work again. (Once in awhile it does.) We recommend adding a family member to your Amazon account. #AffiliateLink There is no additional fee and you can use the same code on that account!

Can I buy more than 1 at the same time with the code?

This varies by code. Some will apply the discount towards multiples and others do not. If you want more than 1, we recommend trying multiple quantity in the same transaction to see if it works. (Reason here is that once you use the code, chances are high it will not work again in another transaction on the same account.) If this doesn’t work on more than 1, simply change the qty back to 1 and proceed with your order.

Where do I find the Coupon?

If a coupon is available, you’ll find it near the price of the item. (See picture) Simply click the box and you will see that discount applied on the final page of checkout BEFORE placing your order. (Coupon’s disappear after so many people use them. So if the deal states to clip the coupon and you don’t see one, then that part of the deal is over.) Coupons DO stack with Codes whenever both are available; in which case you’d see 2 discounts at checkout after applying both. Important to Note: Coupons can change in value or disappear literally ANYTIME.

What about an item that says out of stock?

That item is not in stock for immediate delivery, but as long as the “add to cart” button is still showing you can still lock in your discount! Proceed with your purchase as normal, (using the code if available) and your item will ship as soon as it’s restocked. You’ll receive an email updating with shipping dates and will not be charged until it ships.

Why does it say this item is currently unavailable?

That means the item has sold out.

I received the wrong item or I want to return an item?

No worries! We only post deals that have free returns. In the app there is an option to start a return or you can contact customer service. (Please Note: Addictive DealZ is NOT the seller of any deals and you’ll need to return items to the actual site offering the deal.)
